This life-transforming practice is suitable for all ages and all levels of physical fitness. It supports whatever practice you are exploring now, or offers an excellent start to self-exploration. No previous experience is necessary.

FRI NIGHT 7 – 9:30 pm, SAT 11 – 6 pm, SUN 12 – 6 pm

Cost: $225 – early registration on or before March 19, 2017 $250 – registration after March 19, 2017 (75% refundable until March 31st) Friday only: $35 (no need to register, pay at the door – cash only please)

Bio: Evangelos is a certified 5Rhythms movement facilitator and meditation teacher who trained directly with Gabrielle Roth. He creates an atmosphere that is adventurous and safe, weaving a delicate chemistry of humour and intensity.
