This initiative is a collaboration  with the Centre intégré de santé et des services sociaux de l’Outaouais (CISSS). Your feedback will help us to develop a Community Portrait that will serve as a valuable tool to inform health and social services institutions and other public and community organizations to better understand the needs and vision of English-speakers. The Portrait will also help to develop community-based projects, inform local policy and build a vibrant and healthy community!
