The Wakefield La Pêche Fair Trade Village Committee is delighted to introduce a complimentary dish lending service exclusively for La Pêche residents, aimed at enhancing local events. Our library comprises generously donated cutlery, dishes, and glassware, offering a diverse array of items in terms of colour, size, and design. Notably, through this initiative, we have successfully diverted an estimated 25,000 single-use disposable items from reaching landfills to date! To participate, a refundable deposit is necessary, which will be reimbursed upon the return of dishes in a clean, dry, and properly sorted condition.
