Camp Director

The Camp Director is responsible for the care, safety, protection and supervision of the camp environments, staff and participants. The planning, preparation and organization of daily activities and site (set-up / clean-up) as well as all administrative duties of camp is a requirement of the Camp Director. Camp Counsellor

Supervises campers and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being. Maintains a schedule for camp participants. Facilitates and creates lesson plans for daily activities. Organizes and leads various small and large group activities. For the full job description (make clickable link). Event Support Staff

Increasingly, the CWLP is designing and delivering events ranging in size from 20 to over 150 people.  These events need short-term support to help prepare, delivery and close in areas such as:

  •  Room "dress up" and close down including setting up tables, chairs, tents for outside, place settings, etc.
  • Servers, bussing staff, and hostesses for events that have food and or bar service.
  • Kitchen staff to help caterers set up and clean up after the event. 

Hours: 1-4 depending on the event.  Hourly rate: $15 - $20/hr depending on experience. Requirements: Bilingual is highly desirable.
