I haven’t received my activation email yet. Why? We did a soft launch of our platform, limited to summer program participants. If you were not part of the summer program list but would like to receive your activation email now, please contact us and we’ll be happy to send it to you.
How do I access the online store to view classes and register? To see the available classes and complete your registration, please follow this link: https://app.amilia.com/store/en/cwlp/shop/programs. The fall and winter 2025 programs will be added shortly.
Can I still register in person? Yes! you can still register at the front desk. But we encourage you to try Amilia, it is new but if you give it a try you may find it is quicker and much more convenient for all. ☺️
Do I have to start from scratch? No. Your basic info will be transferred. You’ll just need to activate your account and double-check that everything looks right.
What if I can't see some of my old information in Amilia? We made the decision not to automatically transfer all data from the old platform, because some information was incomplete, disorganized, or outdated (for example: registrations under a child's name instead of the parent's, duplicates, errors, etc.).
Rather than transferring unclear or inaccurate data, we chose to start fresh with a clear, updated, and simplified database in Amilia to provide you with a smoother and more reliable experience. Rest assured, we have securely kept a complete backup of all data, which can be accessed as needed.
