Refund Policy

If the participant (or in the case of a minor, a parent or guardian) cancels at least 14 days before the first class, a $30 administration fee will be subtracted from the refund (applies to all cancellations). No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the first class. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: programme@centrewakefieldlapeche.ca.

This 14-day window allows the Centre to make informed decisions about whether the class should run and to manage scheduling fairly and efficiently for everyone (instructor, participant and CWLP)

The Program & Camps Manager from the Centre Wakefield La Pêche Community Co-operative reserves the right to cancel activities with insufficient registrations, in which case registration fees will be reimbursed in full. Notice of cancellation will be emailed to registrants within 24 hours of the class/workshop start.
