Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the beginning of the activity will receive a 100% refund minus a $30 administration fee (plus applicable taxes).
• Cancellations made up to 1 day before the beginning of the activity will receive a 100% credit minus a $30 administration fee (plus applicable taxes).
• No refunds or credits will be issued on or after the start date of the activity.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: admin@centrewakefieldlapeche.ca

This policy ensures the Centre can make informed decisions about whether an activity will run and manage scheduling fairly and efficiently for everyone (instructors, participants, and CWLP). The Program & Camps Manager from the Centre Wakefield La Pêche Community Co-operative reserves the right to cancel activities with insufficient registrations, in which case registration fees will be reimbursed in full. Notice of cancellation will be emailed to registrants within 24 hours of the scheduled start.
