Karen will teach the students how to work with buttercream icing and fondant. They will learn the difference between both icing techniques by using different tools such as spatulas, rollers and cutters. Each student will have the opportunity to decorate 6 vanilla cupcakes to bring home and share with their families. Please make sure to bring a container for your cupcakes.
