This is a workshop for dancers and curious creators of all kinds interested in experimenting with presence and connection. The goal is to both identify and to explore elements that help us to know what to do next. Within the creativity process, in both the world of the artist or just in our everyday lives of moving through life, how do we encourage a state of openness and courage that helps us to respond to our environment with spontaneity?  By cultivating both presence and trust in our abilities to be creative in more ways and in more situations, we expand the possibilities of what could happen.  Here we also increase the chances of experiencing freedom - as dancers and as our ordinary selves.
