 Theatre Wakefield Presents the Wakefield Players in Scott Hébert-Daly's Old Time Radio Christmas

Harkening back to the days of theatre by the radio, the Wakefield Players present an evening of old-time radio performances with a Christmas theme.

Performed live on stage, audiences will get to see the sound effect techniques and unusual voices from performers – as well as a little intrigue behind the scenes.

“We’re doing three shows in one; Fibber McGee and Molly, Yours Truly Johnny Dollar and Night Beat, each pulled from Christmas seasons of the 1940s and 50s”, said Scott Hébert-Daly, the show’s director. “Audiences of all ages will have a great time.”

Come and hear what all the fuss is about and be transported back in time without the radio static!

Tickets are $12 and admission is free for those under 12. Tickets can be obtained in person at Centre Wakefield Lapeche, or online here and at the Wakefield Express.  Tickets will also be available at the door.
