This class includes a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor) practiced in the vinyasa (flowing) style as well as breathing exercises, providing a good workout and deep restoration. This class is appropriate for individuals with some yoga experience, and who are comfortable exploring more intense sensations.
