Instructor/Instructrice:  Owen Tuf

A great class for beginners—and everyone interested in exploring a gentle practice. This class includes basic breathing exercises, as well as a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor) to both cultivate an internal meditative experience while stretching and recharging the body. Recommended: a yoga mat, a blanket, two yoga blocks, a cushion.

La classe idéale pour les débutants et pour toute personne qui recherche une pratique douce. Cette classe offre des exercices de respiration ainsi qu’une diversité de postures de base (debout, assis et sur le plancher) en vue de créer une expérience de méditation interne tout en étirant et renouvelant le corps. Recommandation : un tapis de yoga, une couverture, deux blocs de yoga et un coussin.
