Nordic Pole Walking

Join us for our Monday Nordic Walk around the Wakefield village area.

The Nordic Walk includes a warm-up, nordic walk, and a few stretches. Everyone is welcome and Nordixx poles are provided. 

Outdoors - dress for the weather.

6 weeks for $30 or $5 drop-in.
