Registration

Monday Meditations

There is a group meditation every Monday, from 5:00-6:00pm, in the studio of the Community Centre. Please feel free to join us whenever you can. Drop-in. No sign up required.

This is not a class nor is it a guided meditation or affiliated with any religion or practice but rather a gathering of people on a variety of spiritual paths who recognize and value the supportive power of sitting in meditation as a group.

It is free of charge but, if you are able to, you can put a very small donation towards the room rental and the Community Centre in the receptacle by the door. Please leave your social chatter until after the session.
