This four-week mindfulness-based, stress-reduction meditation course may be exactly what you’re needing. The sessions will include theory, technique, simple breathing exercises and guided meditations. The guarantee is that you’ll leave each week feeling energized and rejuvenated. You will have gained, by the course’s conclusion, a valuable tool for relaxation, well-being and self-knowledge.
