In these rapidly changing times, we are confronted with unusual levels of uncertainty, stress, and sedentary lifestyle.  This workshop will offer a way to interact with our feelings, our hopes, our worries, our fears, and our curiosity, and move our bodies in a way that is compassionate and freeing.  I integrate mindfulness, movement, art, and our inner voices to walk with participants on their journey of self-realization.  This is a wonderful way to explore your path and your blockages in a creative and supportive way.  Space is limited.
