Initiation à la randonnée avec bâtons de marche

Coût: Gratuit  10H à 12 h

La marche nordique comprend un échauffement, une marche nordique autour du village de Wakefield et quelques étirements de récupération. Tout le monde est le bienvenu et les bâtons Nordixx sont fournis ou apportez les vôtres. En plein air - habillez-vous en fonction de la météo.

Nordic Walking

Cost: FREE,  from 10:00am-12pm

The Nordic Walk includes a warm-up, Nordic Walk around the Wakefield Village, and a few cool-down stretches. Everyone is welcome and Nordixx poles are provided or bring your own. Outdoors - dress for the weather.
