Thursday Morning Pilates

Tuesdays, 6 weeks for $90, 1 hr classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12 session Special for $150, only $12.50 a session, May 19 - June 23

Drop-in: $20 per session

This one hour class is designed to improve your posture first and foremost. You will learn to use your abdominals in all of the exercises based on body alignment and understanding of a particular exercise. Francescas goal is to increase your spinal mobility, flexibility and once again posture. It is a hands-on approach where you will be guided through tactile cueing as well as verbal to really feel the exercise. The workout is done on a mat and sometimes the use of small equipment is used assist or challenge the exercises. You will leave class feeling re-aligned, loosened up and ready for another day! 

Note: Francesca is teaching on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Attend one morning or both mornings. If you are attending both days, just register once for $150.

Ce cours est conçu pour améliorer votre posture avant tout. Vous apprendrez à utiliser vos abdominaux dans tous les exercices basés sur l'alignement du corps et la compréhension d'un exercice particulier. L’objectif de Francesca est d’augmenter la mobilité, la flexibilité et la posture de votre colonne vertébrale. Il s'agit d'une approche pratique où vous serez guidé à la fois par des repères tactiles et verbaux pour vraiment ressentir l'exercice. L'entraînement se fait sur un tapis et parfois l'utilisation de petit équipement est utilisé pour aider ou défier les exercices. Vous quitterez la classe en vous sentant ré-aligné, détendu et prêt pour un autre jour!
