Il s'agit d'un cours d'introduction à la cuisine qui explore différentes techniques et recettes de cuisine provenant d'une variété de pays et de cultures. Les participants de tous les niveaux d'expérience culinaire sont les bienvenus. Chaque cours explorera un nouveau pays/genre culinaire et les participants travailleront sur une variété de recettes différentes.Chaque cours comprendra une table ronde (15 minutes) / la cuisson et la préparation des aliments (1 heure) / un repas partagé (30 minutes).les participants recevront une compilation de toutes les recettes utilisées à la fin du cours.

This is an introductory cooking class that explores different cooking techniques and recipes from a variety of different countries and cultures.No previous cooking experience is necessary. Participants of all different levels of cooking experience are welcome. Each class we will explore a new country/cultural food genre and participants will work on a variety of different recipes.Each class will include a roundtable discussion (15 minutes) / cooking and preparing food (1 hour) / shared meal (30 minutes).Participants will receive a compilation of all the recipes used at the end of the class.
