Un cours de mouvements des 5 Rythmes™ & Célébration du solstice

Un cours de 2 heures d'expression créative guidée par la musique et le mouvement, se terminant par une célébration circulaire du solstice.

Erik Iversen a découvert les 5 Rythmes™ en 1981 lorsqu'il a suivi son premier cours avec la fondatrice, Gabrielle Roth. En 1988, il est devenu professeur certifié et enseigne des cours et des ateliers intensifs un peu partout dans le monde depuis plus de 25 ans.

Erik a été certifié comme praticien en Hellerwork d'intégration structurale en 1986 et a travaillé auprès de milliers de clients depuis, âgés entre 12 et 90 ans. En 2020, il a combiné ces deux passions et a fondé la méthode de formation Somatomy™, une pratique personnelle en anatomie expérientielle. En août 2024, Erik a déménagé à Wakefield avec sa femme, Gillian, et sa fille, Kaï.

Coût : Contribution volontaire à l'entrée. Tous les revenus seront versés au Fonds d'urgence de Wakefield.

A 5Rhythms™ Movement Class & Solstice Celebration

A 2-hour class of guided creative expression through music and movement, finishing with a circular solstice celebration.

Cost: By donation at the door. All proceeds go to the Wakefield Emergency Fund.

Erik Iversen discovered the 5Rhythms™ in 1981 when he took his first class with the founder, Gabrielle Roth. In 1988, he became a certified teacher and has been teaching classes and intensive workshops internationally for 25+ years.

Erik was certified as a Hellerwork a structural integration practitioner in 1986 and has worked on thousands of clients since then, ranging in age from 12-90 yrs old. In 2020, he combined these two passions and founded the Somatomy™ training method, a personal practice in experiential anatomy. In August 2024, Erik moved to Wakefield with his wife, Gillian, and his daughter, Kaï.
