1. What if I’m not tech-savvy?
No worries! Amilia was designed to be easy and intuitive — even for beginners. We also offer step-by-step guides, personal support, and in-person help if needed, such as:

  2. Is my personal information safe?

 Yes. Amilia uses bank-level encryption and privacy standards to keep your data safe and secure. Your information remains confidential.

3. Do I have to start from scratch? No. Your basic info will be transferred. You’ll just need to activate your account and double-check that everything looks right.

4. Can I still register in person? Yes! you can still register at the front desk. But we really encourage you to try Amilia, it’s quick and convenient!

5. What if I run into a problem or have questions? Reach out anytime! Our team is here to help. A quick-start guide and video tutorials are also available for your convenience:

6. Why don’t I see all my old information or registrations in Amilia? 

We made the decision not to automatically transfer all data from the old platform (WA) because some information was incomplete, disorganized, or outdated (for example: registrations under a child's name instead of the parent's, duplicates, errors, etc.).

Rather than transferring unclear or inaccurate data, we chose to start fresh with a clear, updated, and simplified database in Amilia to provide you with a smoother and more reliable experience. Rest assured, we have securely kept a complete backup of all data, which can be accessed as needed.

 If you don’t find certain information or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us, our team is here to support you through this transition and help get everything sorted out without any hassle.

7. I haven’t received my activation email yet. Why? We’re currently doing a soft launch of our platform, limited to summer program participants. If you're not part of the summer program list but would like to receive your activation email, please contact us and we’ll be happy to send it to you.
