The workshop will explore various aspects of creative contemporary dance. The exercises will be layered in levels where professional dancers will learn advanced material and sequences while those with no training will explore the material in a way they can adapt to their own level. 

The purpose of the workshop is to have fun, workout and push your limits.

Kim Henry

Kim Henry is a professionally trained contemporary dancer who graduated with multiples grants and honours from l’École de danse contemporaine de Montréal. She has since worked professionally with many choreographers and dance companies in Montréal including Mélanie Demers, Montréal Danse and La Grande Fente. She has also taught contemporary dance in various schools (Collège André-Grasset, École de danse Claude Pilon, Horizon Jeunesse).
