NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thursday, September 22nd, 2022
@ 7:00 p.m.
The Annual General Meeting of the Centre Wakefield La Pêche Cooperative, will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and your membership will be verified. The bar is open and there will be a viewing of the 10th Anniversary video at 6:15 p.m. The meeting is open to all cooperative members. If you are not a member you will be invited to join the cooperative when registering.

#5 The following resolution on the Wakefield School gym scheduling motioned by Blair Richardson will be voted on: “The schedule for use of the Wakefield school gym by sports groups will not be changed (by the Co-op Administration) except with the cooperation of the sports group holding the booking, and that sports groups will be permitted to book times that are not assigned.”

Safety protocols: A mask should be worn to enter and may be removed when seated.
As is common at AGMs, there will be an opportunity for the members of the co-op to elect new Board members. If you wish to help your Centre by joining the Board or would like to nominate someone, please contact: kathleen.lauder@gmail.com

Les portes seront ouvertes à 06h00, votre adhésion sera vérifiée. Le bar est ouvert et il y aura un visionnement de la vidéo du 10e anniversaire à 18h15 . La réunion est ouverte à tous les membres de la coopérative. Si vous n'êtes pas membre, vous serez invité à rejoindre la coopérative lors de votre inscription.
Le procès-verbal de l'AGA 2021, et le rapport financier 2021_22 vous seront envoyés par email avant la réunion. Si vous avez des questions, veuillez envoyer un courriel à Irene Richardson, présidente, à direction@centrewakefieldlapeche.ca.

#5 La résolution suivante sur l'horaire du gymnase de l'école de Wakefield, proposée par Blair Richardson, sera votée: "L'horaire d'utilisation du gymnase de l'école Wakefield par les groupes sportifs ne sera pas modifié (par l'administration de la coopérative), sauf avec la coopération du groupe sportif qui détient la réservation, et que les groupes sportifs seront autorisés à réserver des heures qui ne sont pas attribuées."
Protocoles de sécurité : Un masque doit être porté pour entrer et peut être retiré une fois assis.
Comme il est courant lors des AGA, les membres de la coopérative auront l'occasion d'élire les nouveaux membres du conseil d'administration.
